Excellent service; why I drive all the way from Edgewood to have you service my vehicles. I have recommended Chet's to, literally, a bunch of folks needing front end work.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Quickly provided results of inspection and gave estimates but wasn't pushy about repairs. Excellent job on work done! I will be back!

I was greeted warmly when I entered the shop and was treated very professionally and courteously. I was a few minutes early to my appointment and they got my car right in. My car was finished in 30-45 minutes and the mechanic did a thorough test drive to make sure the car was aligned properly. The adjustments that were made to my car were very thoroughly explained to me. I felt comfortable the whole time and believe that my car was serviced by a very professional and qualified staff. Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Chet's Wheel Alignment.

They got me, an out-of-towner, in on 15 minutes notice when the alignment equipment at the local Subaru dealer's shop quit working on a Friday morning. An hour later I was on my way. My confidence was greatly increased when I got home, and my wife told me she and her parents had been going to Chet's for the many years they lived in Albuquerque.

All was completed in a professional manner and the car drives much better.

I went in for a promotional free alignment check during May. The alignment was slightly off and I was offered to have the alignment done that day, or I could go on my way at no charge or strings attached. I did not have time that day to wait, so I thanked them and left.I called back the next Wednesday and set an appointment for that Friday. I arrived about 10 minutes early, not a problem. They took it in and were finished within the 30 to 45 time range they had stated. Car is tracking fine again.Thank you CHET'S!

I've taken my car here at least 4 times and they always get it right the first time! Very knowledgeable staff who aren't rude or try to up-sell you on something you don't need. I try and do all work on my car myself but when its out of my hands i go to these guys!
