The situation with my truck's front end was explained well and the service was prompt, in and out in less than an hour.

1983 911SC. I had a vibration so I I'd had new tires put on at some place, vibration still there, had rear rotors replaced, which cured some brake pulsing but vibration still there, replaced shocks and strut inserts, vibration still there, got a road force balance at yet another place, still had a vibration, contemplated pushing it off a cliff, vibration still there, then took it to Chet's. Got a road force balance at Chet's and voila! Vibration gone! I could almost buy the guy flowers! Four-wheel alignment for good measure and the car drives like a charm now, like it hasn't in longer than I care to think about. Shoulda gone to Chet's first. True story.

As always The ride is better after the work is completed.

The service was excellent and the job was done promptly. I was also educated on tire age an quality. When a problem arose with the tires that I brought them, they cooperated in helping me to get the correct tires for my car.

The service was done in a timely manner, and Gary found a couple of issues my previous mechanic had missed. The alignment is perfect, and the new tie rods they installed really improve handling. This is a great shop!

Chets has done work on several of our cars over the years. They've always been very up-front about the estimate, what needs to be done, and what can be postponed. They've even given me advice on doing some of my suspension and brake work myself.

They explained what was causing my uneven tire ware and made a plan with me to gradually start replacing worn steering parts so it would not destroy my pocketbook that day. Oh, I did not mention that I called them Monday morning at 9 and dropped it off on the chance they could fit it in... It was done by noon.
