Had to make an appointment to get in but they did the alignment as soon as I got there. I called a backyard mechanic friend to ask him what parts they were going to try to sell me with my alignment? They said everything looked good on the front end and didn't try to sell me a thing. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days. The last blogger was correct about receptionist people skills, they have none but these guys are mechanics not salesmen or phone jockeys. Don't expect a "how are you doing today?" either just an honest alignment. Good work! Steve D.

Great Alignment from Good Solid people. Loving the tires too!

I have used Chet's for the last 40 years for alignment, steering gear and related work. It doesn't matter if they are working on my pickup truck or my Porsche, the repair is right the first time at a fair price.

Excellent service yet again, with tires installed after buying them online at Tire Rack and having them shipped directly to Chet's. Balancing is perfect with no vibration even at high speeds. Service was friendly and fast.

My first experience here a couple years ago seemed a little pricey for a four wheel alignment. However, this time, the cost on my Buick LeSabre was less than $100. Considering they charge $80 at Firestone, the cost is comparable, the shop is local, you can drop the car off in the morning and pick it up when it's finished, and I always get the impression the job is done correctly the first time. After putting new struts and tie rods on, the car was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was cocked. After Chet's, drives straight as an arrow and no hassle.
