Job was completed on a timely manner as promised.

Discount Tire sold us a out of round tire and didn't say anything about it. When we took it back to them, discount, just tried to sell us another tire. But the guys at Chet's diagnosed the problem and fix it.

I am a long time customer, and the guys at Chet's always take care of my tire balance and alignment needs.

I've been putting off getting an alignment in my wife's car for a few weeks and it needed it after bumping a curb. They helped me get an afternoon appt. so I could leave it with them. Got the car back and everything was great, they even straightened out the crooked steering wheel left behind from a much more expensive dealer alignment last year.

I have a Porsche Boxster and have used Chet's for several years to mount, balance, and align the care with tires that I purchase online. I highly recommend Chet's. They are always courteous, on time, and the work is done flawlessly at a reasonalbe price.

I've been to Chet's Wheel Alignment on two separate occasions. The first time during a regularly scheduled appointment. The second time, they squeezed me in for a Friday, April 15, 2011, appointment. Both times the treatment has been nothing short of courteous, prompt and professional. On the first visit they caught a uni-directional tire that had been mounted on backwards by another local retailer, and torqued a number of suspension pieces at no charge. I am extremely impressed with them and will keep using them.

Low mileage 1996 Lincoln Towncar. Replaced rear airbag suspension with coil springs and changed all 4 shocks to Bilsteins. Before: It wallowed down the road. After: Firm but controlled ride. Very Happy with the changes to the car.
