Everything was great
Chet's mounted and road force balanced a set of tires I bought from Tire Rack. They also did an alignment on my vehicle. Chet's people were polite, informative, and fast, and employed procedures designed to minimize person-to-person proximity.
John was incredible to work with from my first phone call to set up my appointment. I was referred to Chet's by who I will consider to be one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. He told me to have Bill check my truck over for me. Whatever the issue he would get to the bottom of it. I was kept informed throughout the process of what was going on with my truck and the issues were clearly communicated to me. I truly felt like John cared about me and the issue with my truck and was great in helping me determine the correct course of action to resolve. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided and the thorough comminication throughout the process. Thank you so much John and Bill! Another satisfying visit to Chets. Bought a new truck and the steering was wandering. They aligned it perfectly, and showed me where the corrections were made on printed diagram comparing values before and after. Truck rides great, they are simply the best!
