Brought my car in for tire installation, road force balancing and 4-wheel alignment. I mistakenly arrived 1 hour late for my appointment. I was warned that the service would likely take longer than anticipated. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from John informing me my car was ready to go at least 1 hour earlier than expected!
