This is really the only place you should be going for suspension work. My car spent over a week at an un-reliable Chevrolet dealership whose alignment machine was most likely not calibrated properly and the tech had no idea what he was doing. The dealer never mentioned the loose tie rod end either. After the tie rod was replaced, the car put on the alignment machine, it was obvious it was out of alignment all over from the dealer, but once completed, the car feels great now. Thank you very much for your amazing customer service!
