John was helpful, pleasant and explained the work performed in a way I understood. The work was done timely and at a fair price. Haven't really had time to drive extensively but what driving I have been able to do shows the wheel alignment has been done correctly.

I have used Chet's before and their service has always been great. But the other day, I was driving to work and had a blowout on the front tire of my M3. I was swamped with work (the end of the federal fiscal year!) and they handled everything for me (wrecker, tires, wheel mounting, balancing, and alignment). They kept me informed at every step and the cost was much less then I was expecting. If only all companies had such excellent customer service!
