Appointment availability was good, service was fast and clean, well done to customer request. One small detail was that last step in setting steering center/toe-in was to position tie rod sleeve clamp bolts to bottom of sleeve to prevent contact with frame upon full suspension compression that was not done on one side. But being 50 year old car not commonly worked on, I knew in advance to check for that. Height was checked and set first which some shops dont do at all and now drives extremely well.

My newly purchased used Q70 Infiniti had a severe road tracking issue. I learned that this issue was common when the vehicle is equipped with the 20 inch wheels. The issue was so bad on this Infiniti certified vehicle, I convinced myself I needed to install camber adjustment arms to fix the issue. Chet's suggested a simple alignment just to better understand the problem. They could have easily sold me on replacement camber parts and installation. They didn't. The results of their alignment procedure showed the car aligned nicely. The driving improved tremendously but still at no fault of Chet's, still tracked due to the low quality OME sport tires. I bought a set of 19 inch rims and a set of Michelin touring tires and returned to Chet's to have them installed. They performed a road force test and discovered two of the tires were marginal (15 lbs and 24 lbs). I reported this to Tire Rack and they are now shipping two new tires. Just can't say enough about the Chet's honesty and having the equipment to identify a manufacturing defect. Professional from start to finish. Thanks Dan

Chet’s did a Great job working on the alignment problems I was having. Several other shops looked at the Mustang and worked on it and could not figure it out. Chet’s was recommended to me and found several problems with the alignment. Some of the steering parts were worn out and needed to be replaced. The parts were replaced and the front end was able to be aligned. The steering now is excellent and the car is a joy to drive again! Thanks to Chet’s for figuring it out and doing an excellent repair job and alignment! I highly recommend Chet’s!!
