I have used Chet's for a few years now. They had been recommended to me from many different people. I appreciate the fact that they are honest and do a great job.

During the 4th of July week, I was visiting Albuquerque from Youngstown OH and needed an wheel alignment on my 2006 CLS Mercedes Benz. Knowing that it would difficult to get an appointment at Chets Wheel Alignment, I went to my Mercedes Repair shop (German Motorweks) for reference of comparable alignment shop. The Manager stated that there was none that meets Chets standards and they maybe able to complete my alignment given a slow 4th week. Chets Staff personal was able to give me an appointment the same day and completed the task with exceptional professionalism to include providing additional parts required to perform the alignment. My tire feathering problem was corrected - I am a repeat costumer from over 30 years ago - of special note I observed a Chet Technician provide to a Customer that wheel alignment could not be perform on his vintage truck until recommended outside repairs were complete. This indicated that Chets Wheel Alignment personal are truly "Customer Focused" and thanks for the exceptional work that they do!

The service advisor and owner of the business tended to my needs. They are both knowledgeable, much more so than a chain-type business. The job they performed was done well and thoroughly.

I had a wheel alignment following the installation of new struts. The vehicle drives almost like new now. Wheel alignment started at the appointment scheduled time and took about 1 hour. I particularly liked the final report that I received showing caster, camber and toe-in measures upon completion. These people know what they are doing and the charge was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time with Chet's. I had my right front wheel hub assembly replaced. They were efficient, affordable, courteous, honest, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to famy and friends.

A conflict between a curb and our Camry led to a visit to our dealership's service department for an alignment. They told me that the control arm and/or ball joint needed to be replaced for $1,350. After picking myself up, I gave Chet's a call for an estimate. They wouldn't give me one over the phone, saying they needed to see it first. I took it in and they were able to align it less the 1/13th the cost, and gave a pretty diagram showing all lhe tires in spec. Couldn't ask for more. Great service!
