Took my Focus here to get the wheels aligned. Called ahead to set an appointment. Came in and gave them some info. They told me it would be done in an hour and asked for permission to text me when it was done. Went and had breakfast with my wife. They texted me saying it was finished. Came back and picked my car up. Very welcoming and professional. I will be returning to do business with them in the future.

Excellent customer service, when a billing problem came up, the customer service was astonishing. My billing issue was fixed and I left a very happy customer. I will return when my car needs another alignment.

Knew my old car was having problems with the front end. Their analysis was very helpful to know what is going on with it. Also, their alignment corrections helped a lot. Always the best service. Thanks

I cannot imagine any shop better than this one. They get the job done-professional, courteous, they go all out to meet the customer's needs. I bring all my cars here-a telling sign-when there the other cars being serviced were a Nissan GTR and a Corvette Z06. Nice companions on the rack! People who know cars know they will get superior service at Chets!
