Chet's has been doing my alignments and chassis repairs for decades, and I keep returning because of the high quality of their work and the excellent customer service. I have confidence that they will not pad estimates with extra work that I don't need, yet I know that they will check the vehicle and report any problems that do need attention. The recent repair was a failed front wheel bearing that was about to put my 4WD pickup out of service, and when I called they worked it in the next day.

Got the car in quickly and made repairs promptly. Car drives like new again.

Like always, a they do a great job! Both my front tires were leaking air around 1lb per week. I checked the valve and it wasn't leaking there, so I brought it in. They found both front tires were leaking between the bead and the rim and brought me out to show me the bubbling soap mixture. The manager said this is getting to be more and more common on cars with aluminum mag wheels as something in the rubber corrodes the aluminum. The pulled the tires off and polished the bead on the rim. They put it back together with a bead sealant and everything was nice and tight when they were done. I asked them about the two rear wheels as well given they are the same age, same batch of wheels and have the exact same exposure on them. He said he wouldn't worry about it until the rears started to leak, then bring it in and they will do the same thing to the rears. But no point in doing it until they start to leak. These guys ALWAYS treat you right.

This is the cleanest shop that I have ever seen. The text estimats and photos are the most professional and easy to understand. The price was reasonable and the work was completed before the time estimated. My cars now drives better than I can remember. What else can I say? Mark
