These guys are amazing!! Like a fool, I ordered the wrong size tires from Tire Rack.com to install. Chets' already had two of my old tires off of the rims when they discovered my mistake so they put them back on and sent the tires back to TireRack. They didn't charge me a penny despite me wasting a half hour of their time. The right size tires came in and were mounted in a jiffy along with an alignment at a very reasonable price. The overall experience cost me less than 1/2 of when I purchased the previous set of the same Pilot Sports from the local BMW dealer.

Had an appointment available at a good time willing to work with me and do an additional install of inner and outer tie rods and got it done in one day good service.

I've used Chet's going back 14 years. I recently had specific alignment specifications for a 2011 Mustang GT Brembo, which Gary and company handled without breaking a sweat.
