I learned of Chet's through Tire Rack. They have been an installer for many years. I'm very grateful that I found them because it is so difficult to find auto technicians who understand their work. I don't want people like that even touching my car. The people who work at Chet's know what they are doing. They respect my car, and I trust that they will do the job right.

It's what you would hope to expect, painless and professional. Unfortunately it could also be underappreciated by us because it was smooth. I liked that the shop was simple and clean, with real men/mechanics running the show, and that I was kept in the loop as to what's going on with my precious wheels. Been coming here 30 years. Never a problem. Even though I now maintain a home in Utah, and Albuquerque, if I need service, I wait till I can get to Chets.

Had trouble with an axle boot, took vehicle back, Chet's changed out the boot & realigned the vehicle as a warranty repair, at no additional expense to me. They did this without any protest or resistance and had it done the same day the issue arose. AMAZING! Thank you
