I had them do an alignment on a 2012 F150 ecoboost a few months ago. They did an awesome job and didn't have any issues. I was impressed with their work, once KYB had released the struts for a 2010 Honda Pilot they were going to get replaced and I would have Chet's do an alignment on that as well. We purchased the Pilot from Carmax, since we've owned it, front struts have been replaced and a few other items. Carmax had performed 2 alignments and Garcia Honda had performed 1 alignment. The vehicle had never driven like it should, seemed to have pulled slightly to the right and would dog walk the freeway with the slightest crown in the road. After the replacement of the front struts, rear shocks and an alignment performed by Chet's the Pilot now drives better than ever. Mind you we bought this vehicle with 50K and it now had 90K. This is a good placed to get work done, they know what they are doing and do it well.

I had The Tire Rack ship four new tires to Chet's for installation on an F30 BMW. Service was quick, the tech (Gary?) noticed an uneven wear pattern on the old front tires, did an alignment check, and, after receiving permission, did an alignment. Between the new tires, road-force balancing, and the alignment they managed to fix the steering wheel vibration common on F30s that had stumped the dealership. The little things also make a difference; anti-seize applied to the wheel studs, the offer to bag the retained old tires, the delivery of pre- and post-alignment system printouts, the seemingly rare ability to mount and balance performance tires without marring the wheels, etc. When my truck needs new tires and an alignment I will definitely return.

Solid, quick job. Mounted / balanced low profile tires without marring them which is a seemingly rare skill anymore.

I had some front end work completed on my truck and unfortunately there was a miscommunication between the tech and the front as to what was diagnosed and what was repaired. The oversight was corrected and my vehicle is running great. I am very appreciative that Chet's was accommodating to me and my needs, and took the time to correct the issue.I'm very happy! I would encourage anyone to take their vehicle here, superior service and they take the extra time to make sure that their customers come first.
