I went in for the Road Force Balancing. I have been working on cars since I was 11 and am now 67, so I knew what I wanted and how much time and money to expect. Scheduling the appointment online was a snap, with the ability to provide optional times and dates. My preferred appointment was confirmed within a day. When I arrived they were ready for my car and were completed within the time frame they had given me in advance. After the balancing service, they gave me a printed report covering the status of each wheel. The car had a very noticeable shimmy at 60 mph before the service. It was completely absent, even up to 90, after the service.I am completely satisfied with the service and the cost of the service.

Easy to get an appointment. Work was completed in a timely and professional way. Staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Equipment and shop was modern and well kept. Experience was as good as or better than the dealership at less than half the price.

Chet's Wheel Alignment not only does OUTSTANDING alignment, brake and suspension work but also sells the BEST tires...at prices competitive with supposed "discount" tire operations.

Had alignment done at new car dealer who said the car was in spec. However tires were getting very noisy and wearing on the inside edge. Had Chet's do a recheck who said it was in spec but on the outside of spec. The tech suggested a camber kit to bring the setting more towards the middle of the spec. Also rotated the tires in a X pattern which the tire dealer didn't do, just front to back.The car now is a pleasure to drive, steering is more positive and the noise has already subsided. So thank you guys. I should have come here in the first place!

I've taken several vehicles to Chets and always do so with any newly acquired used vehicle. They are the best, no question about it. One used vehicle I purchased from a lot had been sent to another shop due to minor front end damage. But it just didn't handle right. Chets' fixed it and showed me how it was incorrectly aligned before. I trust them with all my vehicles. They scheduled an appointment for me that was convenient for me. They serviced the 4 wheel drive vehicle quickly after I arrived. They provided a complete computerized print out of the alignment of the vehicle afterwards that showed it was well within specifications. I drove my Subaru SUV home, about 15 miles, over about 5 miles of city roads and 15 miles on the freeway. It drove and tracked very well everywhere.Their prices a reasonable. BD Shaffer
